Data collected

The only personal data collected on this site comes from the contact form: name, email address, subject and message. With your explicit consent, this data is sent to a private, self-hosted automation server (n8n) on the publisher's own infrastructure, for the sole purpose of processing and answering your request. It is never sold, shared or used for prospecting.

Legal basis and retention

Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request, and no longer than twelve months before deletion.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them: jean-baptiste@erceau.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
